Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the implementation of The Heritage Palace's employee payroll accounting information system. The research method uses a qualitative approach. The information collection techniques are through interviews, observation, and documentation.The results of this study indicate that The Heritage Palace has implemented a payroll accounting information system that is effective and in accordance with the procedures that the company has implemented. The payroll system is carried out by The Heritage Palace based on a decision from the board of directors. And the funds are distributed directly to the employees through the personnel department (HRD). In addition, the authorization of payroll decisions by the board of directors can be used as an effort to supervise and control internally by the company against employees
