Abstract

This study aims to explore employees’ perceptions of organizational culture and its impact
on work engagement at Bank Kalsel, Banjarmasin Branch. Using a qualitative approach
and case study design, data were collected through in-depth interviews with five informants
and analyzed using NVivo 12 software. The findings reveal that the organizational culture,
characterized by values such as integrity, teamwork, and supportive leadership, plays a
crucial role in shaping employee engagement. Employees expressed a strong sense of
belonging, loyalty, and intrinsic motivation toward the organization. Data visualization
through Word Cloud and Tree Map reinforces the finding that organizational culture
significantly influences work spirit and commitment. This study highlights the importance
of fostering an inclusive and supportive work culture to enhance sustainable employee
engagement.
