IMPLEMENTASI APLIKASI SISTEM KEUANGAN DESA (SISKEUDES) DALAM PENGELOLAAN KEUANGAN DESA DI KABUPATEN KARANGANYAR

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze how the implementation of the use of the Village Financial System (SISKEUDES) application in an effort to improve village financial reporting in Karanganyar Regency which is transparent and accountable. Researchers use the grand theory of Edward III which has 4 (four) dimensions and consists of several indicators in it. The technique used in this research is qualitative analysis technique to obtain data that is in accordance with the real situation in the field. In the data collection process, it consists of observation, interviews, and documentation. Based on the results of observations and interviews conducted by researchers, it can be concluded that the use of the village financial system in Karanganyar Regency has been able to improve village financial reports that are more accutanble, but there are still several aspects of the financial reporting process that cannot be carried out effectively. The lack of successful implementation can be seen from the human resources who work who still need training and guidance in the use of SISKEUDES to optimize its implementation as it should
