Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of good corporate governance on the firm value.
This a quantitative research. The sampling technique used in purposive sampling by taking
secondary data from website www.idx.co.id. The population of the research are 47
companies where 23 companies as samples. The analysis method of this research are
multiple linear regression analysis. The result shows that managerial ownership,
institusional ownership, audit committee, and independent commissioners had a positive
significant effect on firm value.
